Initiated and lead of “Freestyle Friday” meetings for operations team
Ensure operational excellence with 60+ strategic accounts, 10+ sales reps, and work closely with 3 sides of the business
Work with 13+ sales reps & meet periodically to ensure customer goals are aligned and monitor for success
Attend business reviews each year for certain accounts with assigned sales rep
Lead of planning events and responsible for scheduling calendar invites, marketing emails, etc.
Assist with logistics, planning & design of Corporate Social Responsibility events for 100+ employees

More of what I do (in a nutshell):

Initiated becoming the note taker for our weekly team meetings
Lead of planning events for the team (Birthdays, Super Bowl, etc.)
Lead of teaching our team how to effectively utilize Celonis
Assist with audit requests
Assist with event logistics (catering, goody bags, attendance, deliveries, designing merchandise, etc)
Lead of creating graphic design/marketing materials for team events (see below)
Handle all donation, international and CMO orders

Highlights

I collaborate with 3 sides of the business daily: Customer Service, Addiction Therapy Services, and Corporate Social Responsibility
My accounts can range from handling international orders, Contract Manufacturing orders or even animal health! (very fitting as I love animals)

Corporate Social Responsibility Highlights

This is always my favorite part!
I am the CSR Champion for the Berkeley Heights location. As a champion, I assist the Associate Director of Corporate Social Responsibility. I help with the following:
- Logistics of events (finding caterers, set up of guest badges, reserving conference rooms etc.)
- Communicating with the Director of Events of CFBNJ and submitting volunteer names for our team when we help package food at the Community Food Bank of New Jersey (I love coming here as I always meet new co-workers at Hikma and it is great to give back to the local community!)
- Design of merchandise
  - I just designed the latest Corporate Social Responsibility T-shirts which arrived right before our Earth Day activity! See the design below :)
- Creating marketing material such as signs/posters for our events on Canva
I also place donation orders for the following organizations: Brother's Brother, Direct Relief, Dispensary of Hope, Americares, The National Children's Cancer Society. These organizations go hand in hand when it comes to CSR. Instead of letting our product go to waste or discard items that almost expire, we donate our products to those who need it. I love how we can give back to these organizations and create a longstanding relationship with them.
Being a CSR Champion has been so rewarding. I am so honored that I was chosen and I love collaborating with the other CSR Champions in Cherry Hill, Ohio, California, and even in Jordan. I love learning about what each Champion does and how they make an impact.
